The challenge

While Haus Labs’ commitment to shade inclusivity was a major selling point, many first-time buyers were hesitant to commit to a full-size foundation without testing it first. To address this, the brand launched a Trial Discovery Kit, allowing customers to sample three shades from their shade family before committing to a full-size bottle.

However, the brand faced three key challenges:
