Combining years of practical experience working with hundreds of private clients with the latest scientific findings, the company continues to develop groundbreaking fitness systems celebrated by bodybuilders, celebrities and elite athletes worldwide.

Although they already have tens of thousands of members enrolled in their fitness plans and personalized coaching programs, Rudy Mawer’s team is always looking for ways to expand their audience and capture even more market share in the highly competitive personal fitness space.

We recently had a chance to interview Anthony Accetturo, the company’s Chief Operating Officer, and ask him a few questions about specific marketing challenges his team was facing, and how they quickly achieved some impressive results soon after launching ConvertFlow on their website.

What marketing challenge led you to ConvertFlow, and how did you discover us?

Anthony: “We tried lots of CTA and lead capture plugins and SaaS services over the last year, and constantly found them to be limited in one way or another. Either they didn’t link into our email automation software, or they had poor interfaces and limited customization abilities. Another big issue was controlling code execution after the opt-in for our marketing campaigns, which most systems did not support at all, or they had hackish ways that took up way too much of our time.”

What other options did you consider? And why did you choose ConvertFlow?

Anthony: “We tried pretty much everyone. Thrive, OptinMonster, Bloom, and others. Unfortunately, none of them provided the complete solution we needed. Each app was limited in ways that required us to use multiple platforms for multiple reasons, and it was unsustainable with our company's rapid growth. Can you tell us about a specific result ConvertFlow has helped your team achieve?

Anthony: ”One of our campaigns based off a ConvertFlow exit intent has generated over $50,000 in revenue in the last 2 months. This is a huge success for us that was directly measurable from ConvertFlow. We’ve also seen over 8,000 additional leads come in from this campaign”

Have you seen a measurable increase in your lead capture rate? If so, what are the before and after conversion rates?

Anthony: ”We were tracking conversion rates before with another CTA platform on the exact exit intent we moved over to your platform, and we found that ConvertFlow increased our conversion rate from 5% to 7% after the move. We’ve also seen a substantial revenue boost.”

What's your favorite part of ConvertFlow? And how has it improved your marketing results?

Anthony: “We love how it allows us to capture the leads full contact information just from the email. This allows us to reduce friction on the opt-in, while increasing personalization on the follow-up campaign. This isn’t the reason we moved, because before ConvertFlow, we did not know it was possible to do, but it’s worth the move alone.”
